Security forces (Police) and mobilized residents are on the lookout for any suspicious activities in rural and urban residential areas.

ASIAPRESS reporting partner described strong complaints from ordinary North Koreans: “There have been many arrests during the vigilance period and ordinary people have experienced a great deal of inconvenience. We do hope that the Worker`s Party congress will finish as possible.”
