The reason North Korea can still sustain production and construction activities in the midst of dire economic circumstance is due to \"mobilized labor,\" North Korean term for government endeavor mobilization.<\/p>\n

North Korean authorities force its people to provide free labor in the name of various purposes like helping farm village, collecting scrap metal and earning foreign currency.<\/p>\n
