ASIAPRESS ARCHIVE SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

ASIAPRESS has an IMAGE archive <footage\/ photograph> service.
\nASIAPRESS will deliver any requested IMAGE following agreement on behalf of the client to the Conditions of Use.
\nThe IMAGE will then be sent via e-mail (JPEG\/BMP extension). Other extensions such as TIF can be negotiated.
\nThe IMAGE (video footage) will be shipped by international parcel service. Videotape (miniDV format\/NTSC) or DVD (NTSC). No download service available.<\/p>\n

LICENSING PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1)- The client is required to read Conditions of Use, the quote of costs and licensing fee for requested media (TV,movie,book,newspaper,others).<\/p>\n

(2)- After exchanging a signed license agreement with an Application form, ASIAPRESS will ship\/dispatch the footage by parcel service, or in the case of a photograph, by e-mail attached file.
\n(Application form\/PDF can be downloaded from web-page of Conditions of Use)<\/p>\n

(3)- The client is expected to notify ASIAPRESS of the length\/duration of ASIAPRESS footage actually used.<\/p>\n

(4)- ASIAPRESS will issue an invoice for the costs and licensing fee.

Any unauthorized use of ASIAPRESS IMAGE(s) shall be considered as infringement, and the culpable party may be billed for damages, or could be the subject of legal proceedings.<\/p>\n
